Graduates ‘preparing to take low-paid jobs’

Higher Education entry requirements, help please. ?
Next year it is my intention to study entering into Higher Education and i hope to leave Sixth Form with 200 to hopefully 220 UCAS points.
I don’t want to study any course related to Mathematics and the courses which i am interested in do not include (as far as i can determine) the need for maths.
Whilst looking through the University prospectuses online, i notice that they all seem to stipulate….
For Undergraduates wishing to study for a BSc (Hons) degree…
4 or 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (this i am absolutely fine with as i have above this)
But then i notice…..
“Including MATHS and English.”
As i had a B grade for GCSE English i have no problems there, but when it comes to Maths i have a D grade…
Will this affect my chances of being accepted onto a University course, or will the University as a general rule of thumb make an “allowance” ….

you need to resit GCSE maths.
if you dont YOU WILL NOT GET IN TO ANY uni.
trust me.
you need to talk to teachers and get the resit sorted out.
