We have to assume that the only degrees considered were graduate and undergraduate business degrees (so no math degrees).
We have two sets… u (undergrad) and g (grad) which makes up the sample space (s)
(u union g) = u + g – (u intersect g)
Where (u intersect g) is of interest.
310 = 238 + 184 – x
310 = 422 – x
-112 = -x
x = 112
112 presidents had both undergrad and grad degrees in business.
